The homepage is very well balanced with images and informations provided. Different informations are grouped in different rectangles to make the page more organised to prevent alot of informations to juggle up and causes people lost interest by seeing informations been juggled up and they have to search the information themselves.

The homepage is very visual-based then with very minimum number of words. The largest image of the homepage is about the latest design and trend for the season of the year. The whole layout is very summarised with the news of Ralph Lauren at the bottom while its global navigation is at the top therefore its not very informative.

How informative is the home page?
The homepage is seperate into 4 part with a simple layout. Firstly is the top part which is the toolbar and its company name. Secondly is the middle left part which consist of the general headings and a brief description of what the is section about. Thirdly the middle right part. This part contains the ever-changing images of products and comsumer wearing the products. Last but not least , the bottom part. It contains the all right reserved and the very right hand side of it contains heading of Contact and Press.
Does it set the proper context for visitors?
Yes. It does set proper context for visitors. For the homepage of a fashion site I think the important thing is to show what kind of products or garments they are selling and this is which Nudie Jeans did it . Firstly there is the clear and big tool bar which has collection as one of their main heading. Secondly the homepage actually shown picture of the products been worn by comsumers. Then lastly there is the left hand side section which shows heading that links that to information about the products. This three points is proper context for visitors wanting information about the products.
